Average fix time

We want to reduce the time it takes between you logging a call and the time your machine is fixed. Our average fix time, including remote fixes, is 3hr 56 minutes.

Remote fixing

A call fixed remotely by the hardware screening team without a field visit needed. This means the fault is resolved more quickly and with the least disruption.

Fleet size

We have over 3500 print / copier machines in the field which are maintained and monitored by our highly skilled engineers and expert support team.

Prevent problems and avoid unnecessary breakdowns and periods of downtime. We’ll monitor your print hardware and software solution to ensure any issues are immediately flagged and resolved remotely wherever possible, whilst time-consuming jobs such as checking toner and print levels are handled automatically.
