What is a Canon Business Centre?

The Canon Business Centre North East (CBC) combines the globally-recognised Canon brand and portfolio with the local business knowledge, agility and expertise of IT@Spectrum, enabling us to be more aware, more responsive and more committed towards our customers.

Who is behind the CBC?

The CBC is operated by IT@Spectrum. We have worked in partnership with Canon for over 35 years and are one of their few European Platinum Partners.

How did the CBC programme come about and how are partners selected?

The CBC programme has been successfully run in other countries in Europe, allowing the local expertise of a Canon Partner to be combined with the innovation and offering of Canon.

Partners are selected based on their customer experience, expertise and business acumen. We are very proud to have been chosen as the CBC partner in the North East.

How can the CBC help me?

If you deal with paper, information and data… we can help you!

We provide best in class printers and make the most of them to make your business more efficient and effective. Our partnership with Canon ensures you get the very best print management hardware and software.

We help organisations automate and streamline office processes, increase operational efficiency, reduce operating costs, upgrade document and workflow security and improve productivity levels.

For HR, finance, accounts payable and other areas of the business which use a lot of documents, we can speed up processes, automate certain functions and ensure you feel in control of your data.

To support the launch and local organisations, we have recruited a new Regional Director, a Head of Digital Transformation, and a Head of Digital Sales to help boost local customer transformation across the North East.

What size of business does the CBC serve?

We work with businesses of all sizes, from SMEs through to multinationals with multiple sites around the UK. First and foremost, we would love to help you regardless of size, so please do get in touch.
