With a fleet of over 100 devices, ranging from desktop laser printers, through to larger multi-functional devices, it is of paramount importance to Youngs that we have an effective account management process. This not only ensures that the customer is provided with Canon’s best-in-class office printers and photocopiers, but also that their ongoing and ever-changing needs are met, thereby ensuring maximum productivity and minimum business disruption.

As part of the overall print optimisation solution, our use of cutting-edge technology provides Youngs with secure, confidential printing throughout the organisation without providing staff with personal printers.

Print usage is closely controlled, whereby print jobs are held on a central server until the user authenticates them using a four-digit PIN on the device of choice. This is just one way that we put the customer back in control of their costs, providing visibility overprinting and delivering improved document security, ensuring sensitive data is protected. Document and device management software really has transformed printing throughout this huge corporate organisation.
